At LuxoraX, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at subhrabiznez@gmail.com.
Eligibility:
• Item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Photo/video proof must be provided within 7 days.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
We do NOT accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size/variant chosen by customer
• Hygiene-sensitive or beauty items
• Sale items or personalized items
• Items returned without contacting us first
Returns:
Do not send any item back without approval. Our products ship from multiple warehouses.
Refunds:
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If 15 days pass and you haven’t received your refund, email us at subhrabiznez@gmail.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace defective or damaged items. Email: subhrabiznez@gmail.com
EU Right of Withdrawal:
EU customers may cancel within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
